Club Organisation

The Club is organised on a voluntary basis and all members are encouraged to offer to assist with the running of the club or teams or assist with cleaning or club maintenance.


The Club has a Club President, several Vice Presidents, a Club Chair and Vice Chair, Club Secretary and Club Treasurer. These officers together with an Outdoor Captain and Carpet Captain and four members are elected at the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and form the Management Committee which meets several times a year.

Management of the Club

There are managers for each league team, and for friendly and carpet games. The outdoor captains meet regularly throughout the year with the Outdoor Club Captain. During the outdoor season members are informed about league fixtures, competitions, friendly and internal competitions through the noticeboard found in the main changing room.

Working Groups

The Green and surrounds are maintained by the Greens Committee which reports to the Management Committee.

The clubhouse facilities are cleaned weekly, by volunteers, who also ensure that the catering supplies are adequate for the coming weeks games. A roster is posted on the notice board in the main part of the clubhouse and sent to members, usually electronically.
